About the RoleThis is a pivotal hire designed to strengthen the firm’s operational capability and support its next phase of growth. As a Mortgage Paraplanner, you will take ownership of mortgage cases post‑discovery, ensuring a seamless journey from research through to completion. You’ll play a key role in driving efficiency, maintaining compliance, and enhancing the client experience, all while positioning yourself for future progression into a senior or leadership capacity.
Key Responsibilities- Manage remortgage and product transfer cases from post‑discovery through to completion with accuracy and efficiency
- Conduct thorough mortgage research, sourcing the most suitable solutions for clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders to support case progression
- Ensure all cases meet regulatory and compliance requirements at every stage
- Proactively manage a pipeline of cases, delivering a high standard of client service
- Support business growth by improving processes and contributing to operational scalability
- Play a key role in freeing up senior leadership to focus on strategic growth initiatives
- Contribute to the potential development and mentoring of a future administration function
- Holidays: 22 days plus bank holidays, increasing with service
- Flexible hours available to support work‑life balance
- Previous experience in mortgage paraplanning, administration, or case management
- Strong understanding of mortgage processes, compliance, and lender requirements
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to manage workload independently
- Confident communicator with the ability to build effective relationships
