We are seeking an outstanding Chief Financial Officer to join the Leadership Team and Board at a pivotal moment in our evolution. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you will be a trusted adviser at Board level, combining sharp intellect, sound judgement and credibility with the ability to navigate complexity, challenge constructively and inspire confidence. Alongside safeguarding ACL's long-term financial resilience, you will play a central role in shaping growth strategy, driving performance and ensuring the highest standards of governance and risk management.

Aviation experience is not essential.
