Non Fault New Hire Claims handler | Egham, Surrey | £25,000 to £28,000 | Full-Time

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ready to make a real impact in the credit hire and motorcycle claims industry? We’re looking for a motivated Non‑Fault New Claims Handler to join our growing team in Egham, Surrey.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, guiding them through the credit hire process, providing claim updates, and ensuring all service level agreements (SLAs) are met with professionalism and care.

• Customer Relations:
  Be the friendly, knowledgeable voice supporting customers throughout their claim journey.
• Effective Communication:
  Handle inbound and outbound calls, delivering clear updates and guidance.
• Claims Handling:
  Manage non‑fault motorcycle claims with accuracy and confidence.
• Attention to Detail:
  Apply logical thinking and precision to every case.

• Experience:
  
  Previous credit hire claims handling experience is beneficial.
• Industry Knowledge:
  Understanding of ABI GTA and Credit Hire case law is advantageous.
• Positive Attitude:
  Enthusiastic, helpful, and eager to learn.

  Skills:
  
  Strong written and verbal communication is essential.
• Desirable: ACII certificates are a great bonus.
