At Essential Pharma, we understand the critical importance of a seamless supply chain in ensuring our products reach patients without any disruptions. As a member of our Supply Chain team, you'll play a pivotal role in this process. You will need to mitigate out of stocks by ensuring manufacturers, importers and wholesalers are working together to maintain continuous supply. Moreover, you'll serve as the bridge between our commercial, regulatory, and manufacturing partners to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate the replenishment of finished goods to distribution centres and 3rd party partners - contact point for distributors
- Monitor available stock levels meticulously to minimize write-offs due to expiration and prevent destruction by initiating redistribution activities when feasible.
- Manage supplier relationships with CMOs to establish a strong partnership
- Organise and monitor shipments, including customs forms, collaborating with QP for release etc.
- Conduct multi‑site/multi‑market and multi‑level planning to ensure supply from CMOs meets market demand.
- Monitor market forecast and interrogate deviations regarding forecasts / sales
- Collaborate with commercial to define annual quantities and deliver rolling forecast to suppliers
- Collect and cross‑check that all quality documents allow for goods receipt and post good receipts in SAP for stock items (batch number, expiry date and manufacturing date)
- Ensure timely execution of all supply chain activities in SAP, maintaining accuracy and compliance throughout the process

- A certification in supply chain management or related field can be helpful in this role
- Significant experience in a pharmaceutical industry and / or in FMCG
- Experience of forecasts, planning and inventory management
- Proven experience of having an analytical / numerical / data driven approach
- Proven experience in supplier relationship management and negotiation.
- A commitment to quality, accuracy and continuous improvement
- Evidence of effective communication and stakeholder management
- GDP and GMP proficiency
- Strong agile thinker who can adapt to situations of high-speed change
