Pay Rates: Up to £12.21 per hour depending on age.

As part of our supportive team, you will develop and grow into delivering a great service within the Maintenance department. Alongside the Maintenance Team Leader you will be a fundamental part of the smooth running of the guest journey from the moment each guest arrives. Working together with a large diverse and multi‑skilled team, you will ensure all our guests enjoy the highest quality stay, keeping abreast of all essential maintenance repairs and minor works.
Whatare we looking for?
- A skilled and detail‑oriented Painter and Decorator to carry out internal and external painting and decorating, preparation works to walls and minor repairs to surfaces and structures prior to decorating/painting.
- Someone who can work independently to care for the maintenance of the building, ensuring it looks its best and all areas are fully functioning.
- Able to use and maintain a range of equipment, including loose hand tools, power tools and door lock equipment.
- Be guest focused, always having a positive and problem‑solving attitude.
- A people person who puts the guest journey at the heart of everything they do.
- Someone who will care about the wider team and look to support wherever needed.
- Previous experience as a maintenance technician will help but not essential – mainly a willingness to learn about maintenance covering a large hotel.
