Live-In Housekeeper Private Family in Virginia Water

Working Days: Monday to Friday, plus Saturday mornings

Salary: Up to £40,000 gross per annum (Depending on Experience)

Accommodation: Private one-bedroom flat provided

We’re looking for an experienced and reliable Live-In Housekeeper to join a private household on a beautiful private estate in Virginia Water. The family home has five bedrooms and is approximately 9,000 sq. ft., so this role would suit someone who is confident managing a larger property and takes real pride in keeping a home beautifully clean, organised and well cared for.

The position is Monday through Friday, as well as Saturday mornings. The family can offer some flexibility around the exact working hours and are happy to agree a routine that works well for everyone.

The main focus of the role will be general housekeeping, including thorough cleaning throughout the property, laundry, ironing and keeping the home tidy and organised. You’ll also help with general household errands as required, including trips to the post office and dry cleaners, as well as occasional airport runs.

There is some very light gardening involved, particularly helping to keep the vegetable patch tidy and jobs such as deadheading flowers. This isn’t a gardening position, so no specialist gardening experience is needed. Simply someone who is happy to lend a hand with these lighter outdoor tasks.

There is no childcare or pet care required as part of the role.

A private one-bedroom flat above the garage is provided with the position. It has its own separate entrance, giving the housekeeper plenty of privacy outside working hours.
