PROAV is a leading global workplace technology integrator providing AV and managed services. As the Health, Safety & Sustainability Manager, you will provide visionary leadership in shaping and implementing H&S, ESG and sustainability strategies.

Your role will encompass comprehensive support and reporting for health & safety and sustainability, including ESG (Scope 1, 2,
3) and managing compliance with the BSI 14001 Standard.

After establishing ESG objectives and targets, you will continuously monitor outcomes and report as per the responsibilities below.

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HS&E policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards.
• Promote a culture of health, safety and sustainability with project managers, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Develop, execute, and report ESG and sustainability strategy aligned with corporate mission.
• Oversee Scope 1, 2 & 3 reporting to demonstrate environmental impact.
• Maintain BSI 14001 Environmental Management System certification.
• Foster stakeholder engagement with employees, clients, suppliers and industry peers.
• Plan and execute sustainability programs focusing on resource efficiency and circular economy.
• Develop community partnerships and lead philanthropic activities.
• Prepare and publish annual ESG and sustainability reports.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Stay informed of H&S, ESG trends and integrate best practices.
• Collaborate with suppliers to promote sustainable practices.
• Provide a transition programme toward Net‑Zero with milestones and certifications.

• Bachelor's degree in H&S, ESG, sustainability, business or related field.
• Leadership experience in H&S, ESG & Sustainability, preferably within the workplace technology industry.
• Experience in H&S, ESG reporting, Scope 1‑3 emissions and BSI 14001 management.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to inspire and lead cross‑functional teams.
• Familiarity with H&S and ESG reporting and certifications.
• Commitment to social responsibility and sustainability.
• Passion for H&S and ESG subject matters.
• Track record in creating and deploying ESG processes.

• NEBOSH/IOSH diploma level or equivalent.
• ISO 45001:2018 / ISO 14001:2015 management system and internal auditor training.
• Experience with ISO 45001 & 14001 management systems and auditing.

40 hours per week, 9 hours per day on a rotational shift basis (7am‑7pm), including an hour unpaid break, Monday‑Friday.
