About this role
The Deal Hub Bid Manager will serve as a single point of contact for Sales to provide timely, responsive high‑quality feedback and guidance to Sales for proposal business term change requests that require approval from Corporate Pricing, Contracts or Financial Services. They will understand multiple internal areas, Sales and client requirements, evaluate requests against standards, and ensure compliance with Pricing, Product and Legal policies.
Whatyou’ll do
- Resolve and provide options within Bid Manager empowerments across product, pricing, contracts, and finance.
- Identify and engage appropriate internal subject‑matter experts and obtain all needed approvals from relevant departments.
- Minimize functional handoffs and ensure requests are completed on time with complete internal distribution of final approvals.
- Serve as a single point of contact for internal subject‑matter experts, coordinating the resolution of complex issues and providing additional information as needed.
- Manage approval workflows, ensuring request statuses are accurate, monitor completion, and provide feedback to management for continuous improvement of Deal Hub processes.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience with 7–10 years in a sales, contracts, or finance environment.
- Proven ability to build strong cross‑functional relationships and effectively interface in a complex multi‑site business organization.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex requests clearly, concisely, and timely, and to develop effective summaries for subject‑matter experts.
