Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end customs process for EU road freight import shipments

Take ownership of customs entries and clearances, ensuring full HMRC compliance

Prepare and review import documentation, including commodity codes, tariffs, and EORI details

Liaise with internal teams, clients, and customs authorities to resolve any clearance issues

Ensure shipments move smoothly through customs with minimal delays

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1 year of experience in a customs role with a UK freight forwarder

Strong knowledge of UK customs procedures and documentation

Experience using customs clearance systems such as CDS, Destin8, or similar

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
