A well-established contractor in Derry/Londonderry is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial team. You will manage budgets, maintain strong relationships with clients, and mentor junior staff. The role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management and at least 5 years of experience. A salary range of £60,000 to £70,000 is offered along with career progression opportunities.
