Why this role pays off- Starting salary: £25,201 per year (£12.71 per hour)
- After 6 months: £27,561 per year (£13.94 per hour)
- Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year (based on a 38 hour week & overtime)
- Saturday Weekend Premium +£4.39 (Saturdays) applied to contracted hours
- Paid weekday and weekend overtime

What You’ll Be Doing- Sorting parcels and planning efficient delivery routes
- Carrying out essential vehicle safety checks
- Collecting and delivering parcels to homes and businesses
- Providing a friendly, dependable service – whether it’s a birthday gift or important business mail
- A full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) registered to your current address with no more than 6 points
- Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg
- Friendly, dependable and customer‑focused
- Comfortable working independently but also a great team player
- Looking for a stable, long‑term role in a growing organisation
