As an Executive Assistant at Good Habitz, you’ll be the backbone of our Executive Leadership Team (ELT), ensuring their daily operations run smoothly. From managing schedules and inboxes to building trust and maintaining seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders, you’ll create a structured and efficient environment in a fast‑paced, evolving organisation. You will report to the Manager of the Executive Support Team.
This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact while working with a dynamic and inspiring team.
- Organising and managing the ELT’s agendas, inboxes, and administrative tasks and taking ownership of their success.
- Acting as the first point of contact for internal colleagues and external partners.
- Arranging travels and all logistics concerned (flights, hotel, visa etc.)
- Coordinating, organising and preparing events, meetings and follow‑ups.
- Building strong relationships across teams while fostering trust and collaboration.
- You will work in a team of other assistants, each with their own focus, but all with shared responsibility for the greater good (habitz).
You’re a skilled and proactive Executive Assistant with a sharp eye for detail and a talent for multitasking. You’re discreet, adaptable, and able to maintain a sense of humour in a fast‑moving environment. Additionally, you bring:
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in an international setting.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft (a must).
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills and the ability to multitask.
- The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus).
- You’re a real team player.
- Available 40 hours per week.
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for creating structure and driving efficiency.
