Overview
Als kostendeskundige ben je dagelijks bezig met prijsvormingen van uiteenlopende projecten. Je gaat je onder andere bezighouden met:
Verantwoordelijkheden- Betrouwbare en concurrerende kostenindicaties;
- Het opstellen van een projectbudget;
- Het opstellen van een risicoanalyse;
- Het afgeven van indicatieve en definitieve ramingen en draagt tevens alternatieven aan;
- Het meedenken in de beste oplossingen voor de klant.
- Je hebt een afgerond HBO-/ WO-opleiding bouwkunde of bouwkundige richting;
- Je hebt relevante werkervaring als kostendeskundige;
- Ervaring met verschillende installatie- en uitvoeringmethodes.
