Een toonaangevend bouwbedrijf in Eindhoven is op zoek naar een Commercieel Manager die verantwoordelijk is voor het ontwikkelen en verduurzamen van woningen. In deze rol identificeer je nieuwe kansgebieden en ondersteun je tenderteams. Daarnaast bouw je sterke relaties met woningcorporaties en gemeenten en vertaal je marktontwikkelingen naar haalbare projectvoorstellen. Je wordt een integraal onderdeel van een professioneel team in een hybride werkomgeving.
