Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director to lead cost management for defence and infrastructure projects. You will manage end-to-end cost consultancy on medium to large programmes, interface with clients, and ensure delivery within time, cost and quality targets across the project lifecycle.
You should bring MRICS or AIQS, a degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management, and 10–15 years’ consultancy experience in construction, with strong procurement and value engineering
