Politie Nederland zoekt een medior projectleider huisvesting voor Eindhoven. Je bent aanspreekpunt voor uitvoering van geplande en ongeplande (onderhouds) werkzaamheden aan gebouwen en installaties, en regisseert verbouwingen.
Samen met teams bewaak je capaciteit en opdrachten en stem je af met de opdrachtgever en bewoners. Je biedt coaching aan collega's, schakelt bij storingen buiten kantoortijden en bewaakt kwalitatief hoogwaardige, uniforme uitvoering.
