Timesource zoekt een bouwtoezichthouder in Eindhoven om toezicht te houden op de uitvoering van omgevingsvergunningen en naleving van regelgeving. Je beoordeelt bouwveiligheidsplannen, behandelt klachten en neemt waar nodig direct maatregelen voor de veiligheid van gebouwen en bouwwerken.
Je hebt een HBO-opleiding in bouwkunde en brede kennis van bouwregelgeving, met sterke communicatie en initiatief. Ruimte voor samenwerking met interne en externe partijen en een proactieve houding zijn vereist.
