Customer Success Manager - DACH

📍This is a hybrid position based at our HQ in Eindhoven (1-3x per week at the office)

We’re on the lookout for a proactive and collaborative Customer Success Manager (Enablement) to join our growing Customer Success team. Your mission? To ensure our German and Austrian customers get off to the best possible start with Sendcloud and drive real, measurable impact during their first six months.

You’ll act as both a product expert and opportunity hunter—removing friction, unlocking features, and creating pathways for success. You’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing
