Manpower is looking for a Customer Support Representative for I-Team Professional in Eindhoven.
Responsibilities- Processing and managing customer orders (order entry and order processing)
- Acting as a stable central link within the internal sales department and the order process
- Supporting the logistics follow-up process and monitoring delivery times
- Answering and following up on customer inquiries, mainly via email
- Coordinating with internal departments regarding product needs and logistics
- Handling service and after-sales issues
- Contributing ideas to improve and optimize processes
- Collaborating with colleagues responsible for different international regions
You will join a team of 7 colleagues where cooperation, support, and knowledge sharing are key.
What’s in it for you- Gross monthly salary between €2,800 and €3,500
- Travel allowance according to the employer’s terms and conditions

- Minimum MBO level of working and thinking
- Experience with order processing, customer support, or internal sales activities
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Structured and organized way of working
- Excellent command of English, supplemented with French and Spanish
- Available for at least 32 hours per week
