Een toonaangevende dienstverlenende organisatie in Eindhoven zoekt een Interim Head of Customer Service. In deze rol ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor het functioneren van de Customer Service en stuur je het team aan. Je werkt aan performance management met KPI's en zorgt voor stabiliteit in een dynamische omgeving. Het interimbureau biedt een contract van minimaal 3 maanden met een uurtarief van €50 tot €80, afhankelijk van ervaring.
