Qualifications:

• At least 2 years experience in customer service field
• Outstanding listening skills: ability to ask the right questions to draw out relevant information, in order to get to the core of the customer’s question / issue
• Clear verbal communication including the ability to communicate empathy and be concise
• Fluent in English and (near) native Italian. Other European languages are a plus
• Ability to plan own time well to maximize effectiveness, to handle multiple tasks and to work under time pressure
• Practical, hands on mentality with a will to constantly improve personal and team‑related tasks/processes
• Good systems knowledge and ability:

You’ll be one of the key players in our Customer Service team, making sure everything runs smoothly — from order processing to solving customer questions. You’re in daily contact with clients, logistics partners, and sales colleagues across Europe.

• Handle the complete sales order process (intake, processing, confirmation, invoicing) using SAP
• Communicate with logistics partners and coordinate subcontracting if needed
• Keep customer and product info up to date in the system (prices, items, promotions, etc.)
• Track deliveries and make sure customers stay informed every step of the way
• Deal with returns, RMAs, credit/debit notes, and customer complaints
• Answer technical product questions and follow up on sample or quote requests
• Help write clear instructions and content based on your experiences
• Support the team with ongoing improvement projects and ad hoc tasks
• Build and maintain great relationships with customers in close cooperation with the sales team
• Be the helpful go‑to person when customers run into roadblocks
