In this role, your main focus will be on after-sales support, with a strong emphasis on managing international stakeholders both within and outside the organization. You will play an important role in ensuring smooth customer experience and effective collaboration across functions and regions.

This is an office based role based either in Eindhoven, the Netherlands or Timisoara, Romania at the Isho Offices.
What You Will Do- Build trust-based partnerships with customers and colleagues, acting with integrity and respect in every interaction.
- Proactively communicate relevant updates to customers, helping to manage expectations and offering suitable solutions whenever possible.
- Review backlogs and forecasts to support customers in reaching their operational and business goals.
- Coordinate special shipping arrangements with manufacturing divisions, freight forwarders, and warehouses to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Collaborate closely with your peers and a wide range of internal and external stakeholders — including customers, Sales, Global Planning, production plants, and warehouses worldwide — to support the successful fulfilment of customer orders.
- Take ownership of the end-to-end process by gathering feedback, analyzing cases, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer interaction.
- You bring experience from a similar role, ideally in customer service, order management, or a comparable business-to-business environment.
- You have excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
- You communicate effectively and build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- You adapt quickly to changing priorities and are comfortable working in a dynamic, demanding, and at times fast-paced B2B environment.
- You have a strong sense of urgency, know how to prioritize effectively, and work in a structured and organized way.
- You are confident using common PC applications, especially the Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience in a commercial or supply chain-related role is an advantage, ideally gained in a multinational B2B environment.
- Knowledge of SAP and/or Salesforce is a plus.
- Additional European language skills are a plus.
