Fortive is seeking a customer service professional in the Netherlands to deliver outstanding support to both internal and external stakeholders. You will manage orders from entry to delivery and invoicing, provide proactive shipment updates, and coordinate cross-functional investigations to ensure on-time fulfillment.
You will monitor orders, resolve disputes, and collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to comply with SOPs while escalating risks as needed.
