Sendcloud is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support Consultant to own the end-to-end support experience for French merchants across calls, chats, and tickets. You’ll help customers navigate software questions, shipping logistics, and financial matters while delivering friendly, human support.
Based in the Netherlands with a hybrid model (2–3 days in office), you’ll have opportunities to grow into process optimisation, product knowledge, or training roles as your career progresses.
