Office Administrator/ Coordinator
You make sure every resident who walks into our office is helped right away and feels welcome. You also keep the office running smoothly. From a warm welcome to a well-stocked coffee corner, you take care of it.
At our head office, you are the first point of contact for residents and visitors. You answer questions, solve issues, and keep everything around the front office well organized. At the same time, you make sure the office is a great place to work. You see what is needed and take action right away.
You take ownership, communicate clearly, and think in solutions. You understand what people need and make sure it gets done. If you recognize yourself in this, you will fit right in.
What will you do?- You are the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and suppliers
- You answer questions via email, phone, and at the front desk. You create a warm welcome
- You coordinate with internal teams to solve questions and issues quickly
- You make sure the kitchen stays clean and organized, and address colleagues if needed
- You ensure coffee and tea are always available
- You manage office supplies and reorder on time
- You contribute to a well-organized and pleasant work environment
- You help organize activities at the office. If something is not working as it should, you take responsibility and make sure it gets resolved.
You start your day by checking new messages and open requests. You make sure everything looks organized and decide what needs priority. During the day, you help residents at the front desk, answer questions via email and phone, and align with colleagues. In between, you handle practical tasks around the office, from ordering supplies to small fixes. You switch quickly and keep an overview.
At the end of the day, everything is taken care of, and the office is left in great shape.
- MBO level 3+ or 4 thinking and working level
- Up to 5 years of relevant work experience
You are fluent in Dutch and English
- You enjoy working with people and like to help others
- You think in solutions and stay calm when it gets busy
- You spot what needs to be done and act on it
