We are looking for Dutch speakers to join an international Customer Support team working with online services and digital solutions.
You don’t need a background in digital marketing. If you are comfortable with technology, enjoy communicating with people and would like to develop your experience in an international environment, this could be a great opportunity for you.
Your Role You will support small and medium-sized business customers using online services and digital advertising tools.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting customers via phone, email and chat Assisting with account setup, product usage and general enquiries
Helping customers resolve basic technical and account-related issues
Guiding clients in using online tools and services effectively
Identifying recurring issues and providing appropriate solutions
Sharing customer feedback and insights with the relevant teams
Providing a professional and positive customer experience
Your Profile Fluent Dutch, both spoken and written
Good English for internal communication
Comfortable using digital tools and online platforms
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude
Good problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage customer enquiries effectively
Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but motivated entry-level candidates are also welcome
High school diploma or equivalent
Willingness to work rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends
