Hurks in Eindhoven zoekt een ervaren BIM Coördinator die projecten digitaal tot in de puntjes laat kloppen. Je creëert structuur, koppelt ontwerp, voorbereiding en uitvoering en zorgt voor naadloze informatie- en modelafstemming.
Je werkt nauw samen met planontwikkelaars, werkvoorbereiders, uitvoerders en externe adviseurs en draagt bij aan continue verbetering van BIM-processen. Je werkt 32–40 uur per week, hebt een HBO/WO bouwkundige achtergrond en ervaring met Solibri, BIMcollab Nexus en
