Lunet in Eindhoven is op zoek naar een Begeleider specialistische zorg binnen de onderwijszorggroep De Groote Aard. Je werkt nauw samen met leerkrachten, zorgprofessionals en ouders om iedere leerling te laten groeien en veilig te laten voelen.
Je geeft gericht begeleiding en ondersteuning volgens het persoonlijk plan, met ruimte voor meerzorg en variatie in taken op onze zorg-/onderwijslocatie. Een vaste aanstelling vanaf 18 uur per week is mogelijk.
