TU/e zoekt een studentendecaan die studenten met persoonlijke omstandigheden ondersteunt zodat zij optimaal kunnen studeren. Je voert vooral individuele gesprekken, beoordeelt noodzaak en verwijst door waar nodig.
Je hebt een academisch niveau en kennis van regelgeving in het hoger onderwijs. Je werkt in een hecht team, met ruimte voor beleidsontwikkeling en projecten. De aanstelling is tijdelijk 3 jaar bij 0,8 fte en kan deels op de campus en thuis plaatsvinden.
