As a teacher at Taalkracht, part of Summa, you provide learning and development programs for De achthonderd. In doing so, you collaborate with employers and regional partners.## The eight hundred

* You help adults develop skills that they can use in their work and daily lives.
* You make learning practical, relatable, and tailored to the participants' experience.
* You work with employers and partners on new opportunities for sustainable employment.### This is what you will do as a LLO teacher.

You work with participants with reduced basic skills and/or limited education. You align with their needs and connect basic skills, vocational skills, and coaching to recognizable situations at work.
* You organize and supervise practice-oriented learning and development programs at various locations, such as at employers and development companies.
* You create a safe learning environment and help participants take achievable steps.
* You connect education to activities and questions from practice.
* You easily engage in conversation with participants, employers, and practical supervisors, and translate their questions into appropriate, flexible education.
* You work together with colleagues and other professionals from the region.
* You contribute ideas for improving modules and development tracks.

The content is not always fixed in advance. Therefore, you easily switch between teaching, individual guidance, and consultation with employers and partners.### This is what we offer you
