Job/Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

Conduct engine level testing activities within the test cell according to detailed test plans, ensuring all protocols and procedures are meticulously followed.
Conduct engine tests according to test plan.
Perform daily checks for test data correlation.
Oversee the maintenance and operational readiness of the test bed, making adjustments as needed to support ongoing testing activities.
Coordinate with the offshore team to troubleshoot issues and implement necessary changes to the test bed, ensuring continuous and efficient operation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on testing objectives and procedures, facilitating seamless communication between on-site and offshore teams.

Required Skills:

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or Internal Combustion Engine Technology.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in diesel engine testing.
In-depth knowledge of internal combustion (IC) engines and aftertreatment systems, particularly for heavy-duty diesel applications.
Advanced proficiency in English (minimum C1 level).
