NPI Engineer; Product Introduction Tech Manufacturing

Position: NPI Engineer (New Product Introduction) | High-Tech Manufacturing |
Are you passionate about bringing cutting‑edge products from concept to full‑scale production? As an NPI Engineer, you play a crucial role in bridging the gap between engineering and manufacturing, ensuring new products are efficiently industrialized.

In this position, you will be responsible for translating complex designs into robust and scalable production processes within a high‑tech environment.

Your responsibilities

Gain a deep understanding of new products and related manufacturing processes, including functionality, manufacturability, and potential risks

Ensure product designs are optimized for efficient assembly and meet all technical and customer requirements from an early stage

Develop, implement, and continuously improve assembly and production processes

Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams such as design engineering, project management, and production

Act as the interface between development and manufacturing

Support the transition from prototype and pilot builds to stable series production, including handover to operations

Your profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a technical or manufacturing environment

Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, assembly techniques, and quality control methods

Experience with methodologies such as FMEA, 8D problem solving, and statistical process control (SPC)

Strong analytical mindset with a continuous improvement focus
