Senior -Voltage Hardware Design Engineer

Position: Senior High-Voltage Hardware Design Engineer
As a Hardware Design Engineer, you will design and develop advanced electrical and electronic solutions for complex technical systems and products.
In this role, you support the development of high-performance systems where precision, reliability, efficiency, and stability are critical. You will work on innovative projects across a variety of industries, contributing to the realization of advanced equipment and technologies.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and integrate high-voltage electronic systems within advanced equipment and products.
Focus on achieving high accuracy, low power consumption, and long-term system stability.
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
Work on multiple projects and technologies across different application domains.
Contribute to technical decision-making and support the continuous improvement of engineering practices.
Mentor and guide junior engineers and share knowledge within the team.
Address multidisciplinary aspects of hardware development, including electrical, mechanical, thermal, and safety considerations.
Perform analysis, simulation, prototyping, testing, and validation of electronic systems.
What you bring
An academic degree in electronics or electrical engineering and at least 7 years of work experience.
Several years of experience in high voltage system design and development (high precision, low power and high stability).
Strong understanding of safety practices and relevant electronics standards (IEC 61010 and IEC 62368).
Understanding of partial discharge effects and insulation reliability in high-voltage precision systems.

Experience with simulation and analysis of high-voltage circuits in precision electronic equipment (e.g. using SPICE-based tools).
Demonstrable analytical skills, able to think in concepts and good practical skills (build and measure prototypes).
Excellent communication skills, both with internal stakeholders and with customers and suppliers.
