What keeps you moving
Our R&D team in Eindhoven works at the intersection of mechatronics, software, and control engineering. We focus on developing, validating, and improving advanced machine control platforms that support our global product portfolio. Collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement are at the heart of how we work.
As a Development Engineer, you will focus on analytical development and software tooling for machine control systems. You’ll use modeling, simulation, and data-driven analysis to support the design and optimization of mechatronic systems, while working closely with colleagues from mechatronics, software, and test engineering.
A day in your role could look like this:
Developing analytical models and simulations for mechatronic systems in MATLAB;
Analyzing system behavior, performance limits, and optimization opportunities;
Creating algorithms, engineering tools, and user-friendly GUIs in MATLAB;
Supporting automatic code generation and control-oriented software workflows;
Validating concepts through simulation, data analysis, and test setups or prototypes;
Collaborating with cross-functional teams and clearly communicating insights and recommendations.

A structured, analytical mindset with the ability to clearly explain complex topics;
Comfort working in multidisciplinary engineering environments;
