Reliability Engineer

Role Description  We are seeking a Reliability Engineer to support product reliability, safety, and performance initiatives within an innovative high-tech healthcare manufacturing environment. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to develop reliability strategies, execute testing activities, analyze product performance, and contribute to continuous improvement programs in a regulated industry.
Responsibilities   Implement reliability strategies and support RAMS activities for assigned products.
Develop and execute reliability testing such as ALT, HALT, HASS, life cycle, and durability testing.
Perform statistical and reliability analyses including Weibull analysis, regression modeling, and risk assessments.
Support root cause investigations, corrective actions, and warranty reduction initiatives.
Conduct Design FMEA and recommend improvements to enhance product reliability.
Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams to improve product performance and safety.
Maintain documentation in line with Quality Management System requirements.
Requirements   Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in reliability engineering, testing, software quality, or product reliability improvement.
Knowledge of reliability testing, statistical analysis, FMEA, root cause analysis, and Design for Reliability principles.
Experience in medical devices or other regulated industries is preferred.
Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
