Deputy Calibration Lab Manager

Job Description

In this role, you will perform accredited calibrations on all kinds of test and measurement products, maintain standard lab equipment, and audit and improve uncertainty budgets. Training and support of other technicians are also part of your activities.

You’ll be part of a dedicated team focused on delivering high‑quality service to our customers. Our goal is to return 95% of all repairs and calibrations within five working days. The Eindhoven facility supports customers across EMEA with test and measurement equipment needs.

• Standards reference management
• Assist in the verification of primary standards, DC software, frequency software, and environmental conditions when needed
• Support the execution of highest‑accuracy calibrations and interlaboratory comparisons (ILCs)
• Help with audits
• Provide technical support when necessary
• Validate procedures
• Train technicians (Metcal procedures)
• Support with the QMS technical part

• More than 4 years experience as deputy lab manager or metrology work
• Mid to high level degree in electronics or equivalent
• Good communication skills and independent in working
• Good in English language
