Senior Software Engineer MES

Responsibilities   As a Senior MES software engineer, you design, build and implement IT software for industrial installations for the clients of Actemium.
You ensure, in close consultation with the customer and client, that the desired output is correctly translated into a clear and transparent design.

The fast-growing business unit of MES & Data Analytics consists of around 55 specialists and is looking for engineers that can strengthen the team.
Offer Description   2 years Xelvin contract including competitive salary, holiday allowance, paid holidays, and pension.
Relocation package from Xelvin:
Finding the right new challenge, flight to the Netherlands paid by Xelvin, arrangement of documentation that is needed to work in the Netherlands, and guidance from our housing consultant to find accommodation.
Salary between € 4000 and € 5300, based on work experience.
25 paid holidays in addition to public holidays.
Holiday allowances of 8.33% of yearly salary.

What do we expect from you?
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Life Sciences or equivalent industry experience.
Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 5 years of experience with MES.
Knowledge and experience in the field of .NET (C#, VB, ASP) / SQL.
At least 5 years’ experience in application development, system administration, or application support.

Experience with an MES product/package such as Wonderware, TrakSYS, GE Plant Apps, Shopfloor-Online, or Siemens is an advantage.

Experience with designing information interfaces, data conversion, and network and infrastructure fundamentals.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
You have affinity with industrial automation.

Experience with PLC/SCADA is a pre.
Knowledge of ISA
