Responsibilities

Manage technical service activities in the region of responsibility

Technical communication with users to understand users' needs and solve technical problems of energy storage products and photovoltaic systems (including on-site commissioning)

Support through to the successful implementation of various business development projects

Conducting technical training for local German customers, including remote and on-site training, commissioning, and troubleshooting support.

Support in managing the company's product archives and customer information, create and manage local technical documentation, establish a knowledge data base.

Constantly monitor, report, and analyze service KPIs including customer satisfaction.

Responsible for daily communication and cross-departmental coordination with other relevant departments

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master students with electrical and electronic engineering or renewable energy background

Minimum of 3 years work experience in a technical environment, preferably in solar, PV or energy storage industry.

You have excellent communication and presentation skills and a confident manner

Good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in Dutch and English, Chinese is a plus

EU driver's license (Class B is the best)

You are vigorous team player and know how to manage a team and make it run more effectively and dynamically

You are capable of listening to others, motivate others and convince other people

You are interested in working with electric energy saving- and managing products and smart energy solutions
