R&D Electronics Projectmanager - Medical Devices

From the initial concept through to successful production launch, you will play a key role in bringing cutting‑edge technologies to life.

Your Responsibilities
Lead multidisciplinary teams consisting of hardware, software, electronics, mechanical, and systems engineers.

Manage the development of new electronic products and medical systems from concept through industrialization.

Oversee project planning, budgets, quality, and technical progress throughout complex R&D projects.

Coordinate verification, validation, and testing activities in accordance with applicable quality and safety standards.

Collaborate closely with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure a smooth transfer of products into production.

Identify technical risks and implement effective mitigation strategies throughout the entire product lifecycle.

Your Impact

Your Profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Embedded Systems, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline.

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager within a high‑tech R&D environment.

Experience managing the development of electronic products and/or medical devices.

Familiarity with structured product development methodologies such as the V-model and Stage‑Gate development.

Experience with Verification & Validation (V&V) processes.

Knowledge of quality and safety standards.

Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and connect multidisciplinary teams.

Proven ability to balance technical challenges, project planning, and stakeholder management.

Salary between €6,000 and €9,500 gross per month.
