As Product Manager at our Eindhoven office, you’ll join a team of two Product Managers. In this role, you take full ownership of one of our industrial product groups. You are the central point of contact between our local sales teams, European customers, and our HQ in Taiwan. This means you’ll have a strategic role—developing product positioning and pricing—as well as a hands-on role—training the sales team, visiting clients, and preparing product documentation.
Your tasks include:
Developing product strategy and pricing setup for your assigned product group.
Preparing and releasing all product-related information and documentation.
Collaborating with sales, logistics, field application engineers, and HQ in Taiwan to ensure product lifecycle success.
Supporting the sales team with technical know-how, and joining them in client visits or at trade fairs.
Planning and executing new product launches in the European market.
Delivering product training to both internal teams and external customers.
Being the go-to person for technical documentation and product-related challenges.
Job requirements
We’re looking for someone with potential. You don’t need to know everything from day one—what matters most is your mindset. You enjoy diving into technical topics but also understand the importance of commercial thinking. You’re a connector between tech and business, with an eye for detail, a structured way of thinking, and great communication skills.
Your ideal profile:
Bachelor’s degree (HBO) or higher (An engineering degree with sales & marketing experience or a degree in business administration with technical affinity is preferred).
2-3 years of relevant experience, experience as a Product Manager or Technical Support in hardware/IT is a plus!
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Mandarin Chinese is a big plus!
Strong Excel skills and able to work with CRM systems.
Good team player, but also able to work autonomously
Speed, flexibility, and customer orientation are basic traits required.
