Context /h3 pWe are looking for an experienced Mechanical Architect to lead the design and development of high‑tech complex mechanical systems.

Your Responsibilities /h3 ul li Define and maintain a technically consistent system architecture.

/li li Translate customer requirements into system specifications and architectural roadmaps.

/li li Balance performance, cost, and timeline constraints in system design decisions.

/li li Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams (e.g.

software, electronics, systems engineering).

/li li Document, manage, and maintain system architecture and design decisions.

/li li Perform trade‑off analyses to determine optimal design solutions.

/li li Guide the development and realization of key system modules.

/li li Drive continuous improvement and contribute to knowledge sharing within the mechanical domain.

/li li Introduce and implement innovative ideas and technologies where applicable.

What You Bring to the Table /h3 ul li Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferably with a focus on mechatronics or mechanics).

/li liAt least 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry (or similar high‑tech environment).

/li liAt least 10 years of experience in roles such as system architect, chief constructor, or lead mechanical engineer.

/li li Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively with customers and stakeholders.

/li li Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
