Functieomschrijving
Je hebt de verantwoordelijkheid voor de verschillende projecten en draagt zorg voor het gehele traject van ontwerp (bestek/tekenwerk) tot oplevering van het project. Van de projecten die je begeleidt, bewaak je de planning, kwaliteit en kosten. Je luistert naar de wensen van de klant en denkt mee om zo tot slimme, innovatieve en resultaatgerichte oplossingen te komen.
Kwalificaties- Afgeronde MBO+ / HBO opleiding civiel / milieu
- Ervaring met tekenpakketten Revit en Autocad
- Kunnen werken met 3D visualisatie
- Kennis van MS Office
- Zelfstandig, stressbestendig, flexibel en resultaatgericht
- Beheersing van de talen Nederlands en Engels
- Rijbewijs B
