MBSE Engineer; F​/M​/X

Position: MBSE Engineer (F/M/X)
Responsibilities
As a Model-Based Systems Engineer, you will apply established MBSE methodologies to projects spanning the full product lifecycle—from development and manufacturing to deployment and phase‑out. Working within a specialized competence group, you will deliver high-quality system and subsystem models, ensuring they meet user and business requirements while managing complexity. You will collaborate closely with senior engineers and architects, contribute to the continuous improvement of Systems Engineering practices, and support the deployment of MBSE capabilities across the organization.

Creating and maintaining SysML-based models (structure, behavior, requirements, parametric) with traceability

Ensuring model quality through conventions, validation, and reviews

Applying and suggesting improvements to Meta Model/Data Model definitions

Supporting onboarding and coaching sessions for MBSE adoption

Sharing best practices and contributing to method enhancements

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software, Systems, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (or similar)

4–7 years experience in R&D, ideally within a regulated environment

Solid foundation in Systems Engineering, including requirements engineering, risk management, and design control

Practical experience with MBSE tools (e.g., Cameo/Magic Draw) at model-author level

Proficiency in SysML and familiarity with model customization (structured expressions, validation rules, profiles); scripting skills are a plus

Strong communication skills and the ability to operate at various architectural levels with a hands‑on approach

Fluent in English
