We are looking for an experienced Maintenance & Equipment Electrical Engineer who will play a key role in the launch and maintenance of a new high‑tech production facility in Eindhoven. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, reliability, and continuous improvement of electrical systems and equipment, with a particular focus on vacuum deposition systems and the associated utilities.
What will you do?
Phase 1:
Project Phase (until the end of 2026)
Contribute to the start‑up of a new factory: installation and commissioning of machines and utilities.
Learn from existing production processes and maintenance requirements.
Collaborate with the production team on improvement projects.
Phase 2:
Production Phase (from 2027 onward)
Manage electrical installations according to Dutch standards (NEN
3140, Scope
8).
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on vacuum deposition equipment.
Initiate improvements to enhance reliability and performance.
Develop strategies for critical spare parts and inventory management.
Coordinate maintenance plans with colleagues and suppliers.
Take responsibility for utilities such as HVAC, compressed air, and process gases.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Provide technical input for future factory projects.
Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in an industrial environment.
Excellent knowledge of electrical installations and safety regulations.
Strong understanding of electrical design and logic.
Knowledge of PLC programming (OT) is a plus.
Experience with electrical schematics, P&IDs, and process flow diagrams.
Comfortable working in a dynamic scale‑up environment.
Fluent in English;
Dutch is a plus.
A network within the industrial sector in the Eindhoven region is preferred.

E‑plan, Siemens and Pilz PLC
CMMS or asset management tools
Risk analysis (FMEA, HAZOP)
