Robotics Deployment Project Manager

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager – Robotics to lead the delivery of advanced robotic automation projects from initial concept and requirements definition through deployment, commissioning, and continuous optimization.

This role combines project leadership, technical expertise, and hands‑on system integration within robotics and automation environments. You will collaborate closely with engineering, operations, software, hardware teams, and external partners to deliver scalable, reliable, and efficient robotic solutions.

You will be involved in:

Project Management

Lead robotics automation projects from requirements gathering through deployment and optimization.

Define project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and key deliverables.

Manage multiple projects while ensuring progress against agreed objectives and milestones.

Identify risks, dependencies, delays, and deviations, implementing effective corrective actions.

Coordinate project meetings, reporting, stakeholder communication, and project documentation.

Robotics & Technical Delivery

Support the integration and deployment of robotic systems within warehouse and industrial environments.

Configure, test, and optimize robotic applications, including picking systems and motion planning solutions.

Troubleshoot robotics, vision systems, controls, and system integration challenges.

Support commissioning, validation, and performance testing of robotic solutions.

Coordinate activities between engineering teams, operations, suppliers, and external technology partners.

Ensure alignment between project objectives, technical requirements, and business expectations.

Identify technical and operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Apply structured, data-driven problem-solving approaches to resolve complex challenges.

Performance Optimization & Continuous Improvement

Analyze system performance to improve efficiency, reliability, and operational throughput.

Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and system optimization.

Contribute to the evolution and scaling of robotic automation solutions.

Support feasibility studies, system architecture decisions, and deployment strategies.

You have:

Experience in robotics, automation, engineering, or industrial technology environments.

Proven experience managing technical projects involving hardware, software, and system integration.

Strong understanding of robotics deployment, commissioning, and troubleshooting processes.

Ability to work cross-functionally with technical teams and external stakeholders.

Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
