Manufacturing Engineer

Do you have a background in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering and experience with manufacturability? Are you looking to play a key role in improving production processes within a multidisciplinary environment?

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you contribute to the transition from development to manufacturing and focus on improving production processes, quality and efficiency.

What you will do

Create and maintain manufacturing processes, including work instructions, tooling and training

Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, R&D and Quality to establish first-time-right processes

Prepare and introduce changes related to products, components and production processes

Define, execute and document process validation activities, including validation runs and first production models

Participate in multidisciplinary teams (such as supply chain, design and purchasing) and introduce new production methods

Work environment
You will work in a:

Multidisciplinary environment involving Manufacturing, R&D, Quality and other functions

Role focused on the transition from development to manufacturing

Setting where process improvement, quality and manufacturability are key

What you bring

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Automotive Engineering

A results-driven mindset with a strong focus on quality

Experience working in or contributing to multidisciplinary (global) projects

Ability to collaborate across different functions to achieve results

Good command of the English language;
Dutch is a plus

Preferred:

Experience with creating Quality Management System (QMS) procedures
