I am currently representing a rapidly growing company specialising in bespoke high-tech packaging solutions for the semiconductor and advanced manufacturing industries. With operations across Europe, Asia and the USA, they work closely with some of the biggest names within the global technology industry.
The company is entering an exciting period of growth, with ambitious plans to expand its operations and become a key strategic supplier within its market.
In this role, you will lead the Production Engineering function while remaining closely involved with customers, suppliers and internal engineering teams. You will manage projects, coordinate stakeholders and ensure engineering solutions meet customer requirements.
The successful candidate will come from a Senior Design Engineering background and either have previous management experience or be ready to take their first step into leadership. A commercial mindset and strong communication skills are essential.

Experience with in the semiconductor, cleanroom, ASML or similar high-tech ecosystem would be highly desirable.
You will be joining a dynamic and rapidly growing organisation where there is significant opportunity to develop your career, with progression potentially leading towards senior management or directorship.
The Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate the Production Engineering team
Manage engineering projects and customer requirements
Communicate directly with customers and key stakeholders
Coordinate internal engineering, production and commercial teams
Manage discussions between customers, engineering teams and material suppliers
Support project delivery and continuous business growth
Develop processes and solutions in a fast-paced environment

Previous management experience or ready to move into leadership
Strong communication and organisational skills
