TNO op de High Tech Campus in Eindhoven werkt aan een moderne pilotlijn voor fotonische chips op basis van indiumfosfide (InP). Als Senior Process Engineer Lithography ontwikkel, optimaliseer en industrialiseer je DUV-lithografieprocessen voor 6-inch InP-wafers en zorg je voor stabiele en reproduceerbare productie.
Je werkt nauw samen met R&D, Equipment en QA en begeleidt de introductie van nieuwe lithografietechnologieën.
