In this role, you are responsible for introducing mechatronic, (electro) mechanical modules or even complete machines into our assembly factory for customers in the semiconductor, analytical, and medical equipment industries, both within the Brainport region and beyond. You work closely with the multidisciplinary design teams and your colleagues in the factory to achieve the best results in terms of quality, delivery times, and costs.
In addition, you are part of the Project Management team, where you contribute to the ongoing improvement of our New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.

Gathering customer needs regarding forecasts, demand, priorities, issues, and complaints throughout the project.
Preparing and maintaining reports for the NPI Manager or the Sioux Technologies Assembly Management Team (project board/dashboard), including timely signaling and escalation in case of disruptions or deviations.
Aligning and agreeing with the NPI Manager on project budget, planning, and requirements regarding expected product margin and revenue.
Executing NPI projects according to the Sioux Quality Management System (QMS) to achieve a complete ERP process that ensures products are delivered according to the agreed QLTC specifications (Quality, Logistics, Technology, Cost) – fully in line with the principles of World Class Manufacturing.
Initiating or participating in the development and optimization of NPI Project Management processes, aiming to continuously improve the NPI process, especially at the interfaces between the D&E organization (Development & Engineering) and the Production organization.
Contributing to the acquisition of new NPI projects in collaboration with the Sales or Account Manager.
Providing project estimates and other relevant input to the Account Manager, which are needed for preparing quotes based on customer requests (RFQs).

This is what you bring to the table
You hold a Bachelor's or master’s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or mechatronics.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in (NPI) project management within the high-tech industry.
Knowledge of and/or experience with business processes and the associated challenges.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, such as Prince
2.
Experience with MRP/ERP systems such as Navision, SAP, or Microsoft D365.
Strong leadership and excellent skills in influencing, project management, conflict management, and team building, combined with a proactive hands‑on mentality.
Fluent in both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
