Senior RF Engineer

• Assess development options and implications with a broad-scale, long-term view in the best interest of customers and the company
• Assist in planning, testing, and documenting product performance against project requirements and industry standards
• Design RF devices including low-noise amplifiers, power amplifiers, filters, and frequency up- and down-converters
• Contribute to a high-performing team of RF engineers, fostering innovation and collaboration
• Oversee development from requirements generation through research and production support
• Perform advanced RF calculations, simulations, and system testing

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in RF/microwave system design, testing, and development
• Strong knowledge of RF measurement equipment and techniques
• Proficiency in RF simulation tools such as CST Studio Suite, HFSS, and AWR Microwave Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Proactive approach to innovation, project management, and technical challenges
• Detail-oriented with the ability to produce precise and accurate documentation

Demonstrates expertise in RF/microwave system design, testing, and development, with proficiency in RF simulation tools and a strong foundation in electrical engineering principles.
